The lounge is the care home’s focal point, where we get together to catch up over a cuppa and hold activities. It is also where we celebrate residents’ birthdays, adding decorations and enjoying a piece of homemade birthday cake.
We have regular 1-to-1 activity sessions with all our residents, focusing on the individual interests of each resident. Always include outdoor activities so residents can exercise and soak up some vitamin D. We use our lovely garden to sit out when the weather allows for a cuppa, chat and activities. Our enviable location means Cannock Chase is right on our doorstep, offering the perfect place to enjoy fresh air and gentle exercise.
